Employers are asking AI which recruiter to use. It is naming your competitors.
We run the same searches your clients run, record which firms get recommended, and walk you through the result in 20 minutes. Free.
What we actually do
- We take the searches an employer runs when choosing a recruiter in your specialism, such as "best fintech recruitment agency in London".
- We put them through Google AI Mode and ChatGPT and record which firms get named.
- We trace where those answers came from: REC and APSCo listings, Companies House, sector directories, and the firms' own websites.
- We show you the gap between what those sources say about you and what they say about the firms getting named.
A shortlist you never see
Recruitment has always run on relationships, and it still does. But a growing share of first contact now starts somewhere else: an employer types a question into an AI and gets back a handful of firms by name.
If your firm is not among them, nothing happens. There is no bounced email and no lost pitch. You simply never hear about the brief. That is the part worth 20 minutes of your time.
What you get on the call
- The exact searches we ran for your specialism, with screenshots of the answers
- The firms named instead of you
- The sources those answers were pulled from
- The two or three changes that would move your position most
- A written copy of everything after the call
We build your report before the call, but we do not email it in advance. The screenshots are the easy part. What they mean for your pipeline is the reason to talk.
Straight answers
Is this SEO?
No. These are different systems reading different sources. A firm can rank well on Google and still never be named by an AI answer.
Do you need access to our website?
Not for the review. We work entirely from what is publicly visible, which is the same thing the AI sees.
What does it cost?
The review and the walkthrough are free. If you want us to do the work afterwards, we quote it separately. There is nothing to sign to get the review.
Who is this for?
UK recruitment agencies with their own client base. We are not a fit for in-house talent teams.
